Position Overview The Resident Services Assistant should be willing to le...arn the ropes pertaining to the residential aspects of the facility. This will include (not limited to) meeting with residents + families, act as a liaison between residents + family and our nursing team, obtaining/reviewing admission agreements, assist with resident complaints, escorting residents, etc. The Resident Services Assistant may also partake in tasks requested by management* * This is a FULL-TIME position : Pay Based on Experience * Qualifications Min. High School Diploma or GED required Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in healthcare and/or admission agreements is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
