You may have driven by or seen an earlier post with a sneak-peak of our home/office getting a "facelift " - well we're almost complete! AND we finally own a little piece of Lake Placid! Thank you to everyone who has shown us love, kindness and SUPPORT throughout these past 4+ years! And we hope you like the updates as much as we do!!

Hello to our dear High Peaks Optimal Health practice members! We hope you are all safe and healthy during this time! With all of the changes seemingly daily concerning how New York State and the nation is addressing the novel coronavirus, we wanted to take this time to update you on how our office is adapting. We, as Chiropractors, are considered an essential business as we are keeping people healthy and out of the hospitals which are already being inundated with patients. ...That being said, we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our patients. We are seeing patients by appointment only so that we can maintain a schedule that allows for adhering to social distancing guidelines as well as gives us the ability to sanitize thoroughly between each patient/family unit. Because of the need to schedule people apart, we are willing to open up hours outside of our regular hours per demand so that we can serve everyone. If you or anyone you know would like to be adjusted during this time to maintain a healthy nervous system, boost your immune system, and keep you from regressing to where you were when you began care here, DO NOT hesitate to call us! Dear patients, Dr. Joseph & Dr. Rhiannon will be in the office on a daily basis to care for patients. Going forward, we will provide chiropractic care on an emergency or urgent case basis by appointment only. Please call the office if any problems develop. For the safety our community, please cancel your appointment if any flu symptoms develop. The safety of our patients and everyone involved is of our utmost concern and every precaution to sanitize the office between pati...ents will be taken. Please call us for an appointment so that we can schedule people to maintain social distancing.

Due to the need for social distancing because of coronavirus, we will have to close our regular office hours at this time. We will be developing a protocol to be able to see patients on an as-needed basis, of course taking every measure to sanitize between patients. Please call us if you need to be adjusted and also if there is anything AT ALL we can do to assist you or your family.
