In response to the COVID-19 crisis, effective Monday, March 23, until further notice, we have closed our physical office, and working remotely. We remain committed to providing the level of service you have become accustomed to, and we regret that this may be an inconvenience to some of you. All of our employees are working from home, and can be reached by email or cell phone. For your safety and ours, you should not attempt to visit us, or to meet with us remotely. We expect... to be monitoring mail daily, but please don't leave materials at the office. If you need to deliver something, please contact us to make alternate arrangements. If you need to pick up drawings, we may be able to make arrangements for that to happen, either being printed in our office, or at a local printing facility (FEDEX or similar). We can easily arrange for virtual meetings, including conference calls and video conferencing. During this time, we are happy to speak with you about new projects. We are in communication with municipal agencies, where this is possible, and will try to answer any questions you have about current or future projects. As the COVID-19 threat continues to grow, we want you to know that we're doing everything we can to help contain the virus for our staff and their families, our clients, suppliers and our community at large. To do our part, we've decided to minimize interaction as much as practical, starting Monday, March 16. In order to minimize the rate of COVID-19 spread, we are taking these proactive steps. We expect to maintain at least a minimum presence in the office during the work...day, but this may not always be possible. If you need to visit our office, please call ahead- we can make arrangements for drop-offs and pick-ups. During business hours, we will have a bin outside our office door, where you can pick something up, or drop something off. After hours, the bin will be back inside. We can arrange for virtual meetings, including conference calls and video conferencing. If you are sick, or not feeling well, please stay away altogether, and contact us in an appropriately safe manner. These measures are likely to evolve in the coming days and weeks, as we learn what works and what doesn't work.
