Holistic Birth Education

Rockland County Baby Café is have a great event on June 23rd from 1-3:30pm at the Martin Luther King Multipurpose Center in Spring Valley. Sarah from Baby-To-Go will teach you all you need to know about car seat safety. They are also going to have a massage therapist (what?!) giving out back rubs and there will be arts and crafts for the little ones. And of course plenty of breastfeeding support should you need it.

BEBO's Village of Mothers is a free service that matches trained volunteers to new moms who need an extra hand or two during the baby's first few months.
