Holtsville Fire Department

Happy New Year from all of us at the Holtsville Fire Department.

On December 27th at 5:15am ,The Holtsville Fire Department was activated for a motor vehicle accident with reports of an overturned vehicle. Upon arrival of the Chief of the Department, It was determined that the victim(s) self-extricated from the vehicle. The scene was quickly brought under control. One patient was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The Holtsville Fire Department would like to take this time to thank everyone who came out and donated to our toy and food drive. This year was by far the most items we have ever received since we started. The toys received were able to be donated to multiple local schools, hospitals and churches. The food was all donated to local food pantries that give back to our community. This would not have been possible without the help of the great community that we live in. Special thanks to Cub Scout Troop 80 for donating items from their drive as well. We far surpassed our goal of donations this year cannot stress enough that this was a result of the amazing community that we live in.
