Congrats to N + A (and their sweet pup) who got married over Zoom this month!! They had both sort of given up on dating for awhile when they met on a group hike - since then they’ve been pretty much inseparable, and now they’re married! They’ll be celebrating in India with family and friends as soon as they’re able. How are you doing? How are you feeling in this moment? We’re over here focusing on all the things we have to be grateful for and working hard at a master reschedule plan for all of our amazing couples. It can be easy to go down the rabbit hole of anxiety and overwhelm, and all feelings and emotions are valid. People select their wedding dates for so many reasons - to accommodate travel, the lifespan of a family member, the birth of another family member, citizenship, an...d so many others. Now, many of these plans are changing and I (Mirelle) am steeped in empathy for how challenging this is. I also can’t help but notice all the places where the good is pouring in. I’m grateful for the flexibility, love, and kindness of venues, vendors, and couples as we navigate this together and for the ways we are all showing up for each other. I’m grateful for family, friends, health, community, and the resilience of human nature. We’re in this together and we’ll make it through this together.
