Hooking For Cancer 05.05.2021

Any crocheter or knitter friends out there who could help Hooking For Cancer make hats for women battling breast cancer? A friend is running a drive to create care packs and we'd like to put a hat in each one. She's already sold over 60 packs and it's getting beyond possible for me to do this alone! We can get you yarn, and any pattern will do, I just need the hooking power!! Please friends!

I am still in need of lots of handmade hats to distribute to people battling cancer and other life threatening illnesses. If you crochet or knit, and have a charitable heart, please whip up some hats in the yarns listed on this site! I will come pick them up, or meet you or arrange a drop off location. All hats are welcome, will be loved and cherished! Thank you!

Our first "hook" together was a success! We had crocheters of all different skill levels who came to work on making hats for people with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. A huge thank you to all the ladies who came out! And we'll put another date on the calendar for very soon! If you're interested in coming out for a group let me know! And if you'd like to donate some complete hats that would be so greatly appreciated. There are lots of heads out there who could use a warm hat as this chilly weather persists.
