Mothers Day is early this year May 10th. Hanging baskets are a great choice but so are 6 Gerbera Daisy, Coleus or Begonias. Those plants are happy indoors for awhile but so are kitchen herbs that are ready for harvesting now. We also have Gift Certificates, take the worry out, let mom pick out the flowers she likes.

It’s April and time to think and plan your flower and vegetable gardens. Flowers will cheer our hearts and veggies will keep us strong and healthy......See you soon.

With all of the chaos unfolding before us, It' hard to think about the future and plan ahead. How ever, spring will inevitably arrive and bring it's usual urge to get outside and do something. So, think about growing some vegetables this year if you don't usually do it. The experience will stand you in good stead if there is another upset some day down the road. We will have a larger than usual supply as well as a great variety of vegetable transplants. Our flower crop is proceeding quite well and will be available starting in April to lift your spirits! Very soon, we will be hiring people to transplant in the greenhouse. and stay tuned for an announcement about our FARM SHARE program.

We will feature Prince Tut papyrus grass this year for your gardens or deck/patio planters. Available in 6" pots, 10 or 12 inch planters combined with other colorful flowers. Bring your own planter and we will design and plant for you, charging only for the materials. Our design and planting service is offered FREE of charge!

From deep in the throes of winter, our propagation greenhouse is up and running. Onion ,tomatoes, leeks and more are already started as well as many flower seeds. It won't be long before transplants overflow into the next greenhouse to open! As usual, we'll be ready for visitors in April.
