Parents: Just a reminder as (most) kids return back to school today. Keep an eye out for their heavy backpacks. Constant heavy loading on a child's spine can set them up for a lifetime of back and neck pain!

Inevitably with the nicer weather everyone is going to start becoming more active outside. Make sure that your spine is up to the task before it is too late and you hurt yourself. Get adjusted! Happy Hump Day Peeps!!

Especially since so many of you are and have been working from home, I am constantly reminding you guys to get up every 20-30 minutes and walk around. Motion is lotion. Moving around lubricates the joints, reduces compression of the joints/disc structures, and abates muscle tension/tightening. Happy Monday peeps!
