This year IRS extended the tax deadline for individuals to May 17. While the deadline to file and pay 2020 taxes remains May 17, the estimate taxes for 2021 are still due April 15 as usual. If you owe money on your 2020 taxes and had your taxes filed before the IRS extended the deadline, the funds will still be withdrawn on April 15.
Raise your credit score. The better your credit score, the easier you will find it to be approved for new loans or lines of credit. A higher credit score can also open the door to the lowest available interest rates when you borrow. So how you canraise your credit score quickly? 1. Get your credit report and check for errors... You can go toannualcreditreport.comto get yourofficial credit reportfrom each of thethree credit bureausonce a year. You can also use a credit monitoring service like Credit Karma or one from your bank. Your credit report will tell you how to get in contact with any outstanding account’s servicer. If they end up removing an error, it’ll likely boost your credit quickly! 2. Lower your credit utilization. Let’s say you have $10,000 in available credit to you across all your credit cards, but your balance is $6,000 when yourbank reports to the bureau. Even if you pay it off in full every month, yourcredit utilizationis still 60 percentdouble the 30 percent of what experts say you should use. It’s likely keeping your score down. If you can’t pay it off quickly, call your bank to see if they can raise your credit line. 3. Keep old credit cards open. While you may think thatclosing an old credit cardwill help your credit, it actually does the opposite by lowering your length of open accounts. According to FICO, this accounts for15 percent of your credit score. It also lowers your available credit, raising your utilization rate. By keeping your lines of credit open, you’ll likely help raise your score by increasing the average account age. #yourcreditscore #creditscoretips #mortgageandcreditscore See more

Virtual homebuying - is it the new normal? YES! I’ve just closed the deal that was done virtually from A to Z. Due to COVID restrictions my buyers were not able to come to see the house as they planned neither for the initial visit nor for closing itself. They had to rely on technology ( and me :)) for searching, making an offer, going through inspection, and closing. Big shoutouts to @marksinspections and @juliakhaldarov for making this deal possible.... Looks like virtual home buying is a new normal for the housing market. #virtualhomebuying #virtualrealestate #virtualclosing #virtualhousetour See more

I would consider "morning hours" the first two hours after waking up. The average person will experience approximately 50,000 of these hours in their adult life. Consequently, it would be wise to for us to learn how to effectively use this time. http://startupcamp.com/5-steps-insanely-productive-morning/
