I am sharing this because someone needs to hear it. NOT EVERY PAIRING WORKS! Today’s culture shames owners for wanting to sell their horse. If you have done everything you can to improve the relationship and it’s still not working, it’s breeding anxiety, frustration, anger; it’s more than you can handle or doesn’t have the ‘go’ you wanted, you don’t look forward to riding~ it’s time to sell. It’s not fair to you or the horse.
Looks like our Wild Man has found his calling. Wild Lime and Gloria.
To all my kids that understand that it’s more than just riding!
Blossom just doing her thing in her new digs in NC!
I want to send out a heartfelt THANK YOU! to all of my HP Training clients! I miss you already but we are settling into our new digs in NC and wanted to share it with you!
I am excited, nervous (and a little sad) to announce that HP Training is leaping into a big new adventure! After 14 years in NY, we have made the decision to relocate. I have been offered and accepted a position at a wonderful facility in North Carolina! It has not only welcomed my program with open arms; they are also welcoming all of our pony’s. ... I am so thankful for our time in NY. I have met, taught and watched so many wonderful students and new horsemen grow. I feel lucky to have been a part of your horse journey and can only hope that you take me with you on your next adventure; as I know I will take you all on mine! Please keep in touch and share your new adventures with me. And if your adventures should happen to bring you to North Carolina, I hope you’ll stop in and see us! Given the current state of things- we chose not to host a goodbye party but welcome you to come say goodbye (by appointment only please). You can also help me celebrate our time together by sharing something with us- a favorite picture, pony, story or special memory.
We got skunked this morning but it was a gorgeous afternoon for a trail ride!
I don’t know if there was a cuter way to start the day!
