While we are saddened by the loss of a Joseph's Steakhouse and historic building and the loss of a dear family pet by this fire, we are grateful for the fact that no serious injuries or deaths of either the owners or brave first responders occurred in this tragedy. The cooperation and coordination of the many Fire companies with the Town Building inspector and Highway department along with the Site Contractor Amity Construction minimized the impact of having to close 9G and C...reek Rd. at rush hour. While the devastation to Joseph Wilson and his family in losing a business that they have poured their heart and soul into for many years is heart breaking, we thank them for trusting Hudson Valley Public Adjusting to represent them in the resolution of insurance matters.
