The DCRCOC presents the 29th annual Hudson Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival, a Hudson Valley tradition featuring a weekend of family activities with vendors and balloonists from across the country, and balloon launches currently scheduled to take place on September 4th, 5th & 6th, at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York. Due to COVID-19, these dates are currently a placeholder, and are NOT final.
