It’s WHAT’S HAPPENING WEDNESDAY!! Today we have Ms. Cynthia St.Juste who is our Cultural Associate & apart of our Dean Team, here at HUM III. Ms. St Juste states, As a Culture Associate my responsibilities are working on attendance snapshots, attendance logins/checkins with scholars, apart of an amazing NSI team, Scholar of the month, apart of an amazing SEL team, NX outreach and doing Culture Event Planning with an Amazing culture team. We sit down and plan out months ...ahead on what activities, showcases, game nights, and events we will prepare for the scholars to appreciate and enjoy. This gives a healthy balance between schoolwork and important Cultural celebration. We have such beautiful diverse family and we want to make sure we celebrating culture as a welcoming school community. It’s FOCUS FRIDAYS at HUM III This is Our Assistant Principal Denise Duncan , who is apart of our School Leadership Team. Ms. Duncan states, I am currently rolling out and advisor model program called NSI. Students in the 9th grades are selected to be apart of this program to help them to achieve a strong start (80+ GPA) by the end of the school year. Through this program students are placed with a member of the 9th grade faculty, Operations team , a counselor , or a member of Leadership. The scholars receive one on one academic and SEL support to help them to progress through their 9th grade year. #FocusFridays #hum3

TODAY IS WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY AT HUM III This is Ms. Ferrugia Sonthonax, who is apart of our School Operations and Culture Team. Ms. Sonthonax states, as the Director of School Operations, my job focuses on everything non instructional. Right now I have two major areas of focus. The first is student recruitment, we are doing so many things in our community and I would love for more students to enroll at Hum III. I am working on increasing our visibility. My second area of focus is remote student attendance. So many of our scholars are showing up and showing out each day I want to find more ways to celebrate their successes in the virtual space. #whatshappeningwednesday #hum3 #GetToKnowOurStaff
