Sankofa stands with the countless victims of racism, discrimination and police brutality. We are tired of feeling the pain of those who have died and those who continue to face the systematic oppression and blatant racism. This is the time for us to unite and celebrate our beautiful culture and stop waiting for change to happen. We will make it happen and we will make them hear us. On March 9th, 2018, from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m Sankofa will be showcasing the talents of HWS students and non-HWS students. We are looking for singers, dancers, poets, spoken-word artist, DJ's, actors, actresses, comedians, rappers, contortionist, and any other talent that you may have.
