I am stillness How would it be for you if you were stillness? Can you imagine the inner tranquility you would experience? It is a space where body, mind and spirit come together and you feel your oneness to source, all, the universe or whatever is in your personal belief system. What a gift to be in stillness. Imagine sitting right here on the bench..... Look out to the water...take a breath.....feel the temperature of the air on your skin....take a breath......allow yourself to feel safe within.....take a breath......notice how you feel in this very moment.....take a breath..... take another breath and sink deeper into comfort...... This space is within you always. If you are struggling right now you can access it and find safety within, even for a moment. If you are in a good pl...ace right now you can breathe in and magnify the good feeling you hold. Never give up on yourself. You have all you need. You were born with so many beautiful gifts.
