Communication Sciences and Disorders Center for Research, Ready When Campus Reopens

On March 2nd, 2020 we celebrated the grand opening of the Communication Sciences and Disorders Center for Research with honored guests from Congressman Gregory Meeks office and Commissioner Carolyn McCummings of Nassau County Department of Human Services. The new lab space in Linen will contain: Telepractice Practicum Suite (Dawn Cotter-Jenkins), Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) Lab (Cindy Arroyo, D.A.), Neurocognition of Communication Disorders (NCCD) Lab (Melissa Randazzo, Ph.D.), The Voice and Quality of Life Laboratory (VQLL) (Steven Cox, Ph.D.), Speech Science Lab (Laura L. Koening, Ph.D.), and The Language Observation and Analysis Laboratory (Dana Battaglia, Ph.D.).
