Hi, everyone! I'm so glad you're here, and I hope you're as excited as I am about this Spring Cleaning Challenge throughout April. Spring is finally here, and as the weather warms up, one daunting yet essential task comes up the infamous spring cleaning. Although you have been cleaning throughout the year, it helps do a deep clean of your space and declutter your home. It is a big task, but it will significantly improve your life in so many ways. You might have heard the sa...ying, "clear space, clear mind," and it could not be more accurate. When your surroundings are tidy, you can focus on the things that matter and have a weight lifted off your shoulders. A clean space can significantly reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, whereas clutter does the opposite. Once the weather starts to warm up, open your windows and allow fresh air to enter your home. You might be surprised at what a difference a clean space can make. Good habits do foster more good habits. You will notice how much happier, relaxed, productive, and healthier you will be once the area you live in is cleaned. You can also work on decluttering your mind. If you have any lingering items on your to-do list, tackle them one by one. If you are holding on to any negative past events, let go and move forward.
