October 16, 2020 Sisters and Brothers of Local One, Our Union and our members are facing the most difficult times in our industry’s history, with no immediate end in sight. Words cannot express the grief we know you and your families are facing with an uncertain future still ahead of us all. With the entertainment industry on hold for many of our members, our membership could consider exploring alternate employment opportunities as a bridge until our industry does retur...n. The skills we have acquired in our careers do not cease only because our venues are closed. We can immerse ourselves in our communities in many different trades. One opportunity which has arisen at this time is employment on Long Island and in New Jersey working for PSEG. PSEG is a utilities company that has opened its doors to skilled laborers. To apply for numerous positions in many fields please see the link below to start exploring multiple options for employment. Good luck and God bless to all during these difficult times. The show must go on! https://jobs.pseg.com Best of Luck, Joe Valentino Trustee Local One IATSE
