We LOVE our locals and the support we have received so far since we have been open. We are here for the long haul and things will only get BETTER as time goes on here at the Ice Jam Inn. The Vietnamese know food. Bánh mì or banh mi is the Vietnamese word for bread. In Vietnamese cuisine, it also refers to a type of short baguette with thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture inside that is often split lengthwise and filled with various savory ingredients like a submarine sandwich and served as a meal. We have our own take on this delicious sammich. Served with either grilled chicken or marinated grilled tempeh for a vegan option. A lentil spread on the bread ...and then loaded with house pickled veg, fresh cucumber and cilantro. Finished with a house Sriracha aoli.
