Ikedo Ramen

Ramen is best enjoyed nice and hot! Until we’re able to serve you a bowl in-person, here’s the best way to heat your ramen up when enjoying Ikedo at home! 1) Heat soup on the stovetop until boiling OR microwave for 1-1.5 minutes - longer if soup has been in the fridge (use caution handling hot soup)... 2) Pour hot soup directly over the ramen (placing some toppings to the side if needed, to make space for soup to be poured) 3) Stir soup into the ramen to combine 4) Add toppings and enjoy! HAPPY SLURPING!

Spending some time in our at-home takeout test kitchen today, because even though we’re excited to serve you a hot bowl of fresh made ramen in-person soon, we want you to have the best dining experience possible when you bring our ramen home, in the meantime. In the 5 days since we’ve been open, we’ve spent countless late-hours prepping, and are up early each day restocking. Still today, we had to close early because we sold out of ramen! Our top priority is to serve our guests high-quality, delicious food, so we will spend the day on Monday 9/21 restocking our inventory. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience. We look forward to serving you again, on Tuesday 9/22!

Ichiddo Ramen is open!!! We would like to publicly apologize to the customers that waited long time due to large amount of orders coming into our system at the same time. We will be temporarily closing our online orders to lower the total order numbers so we can serve the customers properly. Thank you for your understanding! We promise we will eventually get it right. We are especially sorry for dine in customers that did not have a good experience.

Thank you, thank you to everyone who came by to try a taste of Ichiddo Ramen’s menu, today! Our plan was to soft open today and officially open tomorrow, but many of you figured us out! It’s been a tough journey trying to open a restaurant during these times, but we’re so happy to finally be doing so! We’re still working out some kinks (and waiting for our outdoor dining permits), and ask for your patience as we do so. In the meantime, we’re ready to serve you some incredible ramen!
