IP Food Hack: Chips and Salsa Get your hands on a few tomatoes and try some delicious chips and salsa! Don't forget, tomatoes are an occasional vegetable in Phase 1 of the Protocol (maximum 4 cups per week). Ingredients:... 1 cup tomatoes, roughly chopped cup red onion, roughly chopped cup cucumber, roughly chopped jalapeno (optional) Cilantro, small handful (optional) 2 tsp olive oil Juice of 1 lime Salt and pepper, to taste 1 packet of your favorite Ideal Protein Dorados or Crisps Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients except Dorados/Crisps in a food processor or blender. 2. Run the food processor or blender for a few seconds, careful not to over blend the salsa. You still want some small chunks. 3. Pour into a bowl. 4. Dip your Dorados or Crisps in the salsa and enjoy!
