Throwback to our DOT Summer Streets project! For 4 years IDEKO produced the NYC Summer Streets event for the Department of Transportation. This project was a multi-weekend initiative to promote healthy recreation and more sustainable forms of transportation. Over 300,000 New Yorkers took advantage of this program each year, which closed Park Avenue for close to 7 miles from the Brooklyn Bridge to 72nd Street. ...
