What an awesome first live online class today. We are going to keep improving and find better ways to keep you moving. We miss all of you.

Today is Enzo 3rd year anniversary at the academy. So he decided to send us and his friends a very important message. We miss you too buddy.

Please read it carefully. It has been a hard decision to whether we should keep the academy open or not. We are taking this epidemic very serious and if you live or have contact with people that are at risk you should refrain from training.... Also if you have been sick with a cold or flu in the past week please wait another week or 2 before start training again. And because time is very sensitive right now, please don't come to train even if you have a cough or flu-like symptoms because of allergies or anything else. The academy will remain open this week with a reduced schedule.

The academy keeps on getting more colorful. We are super happy to announce our newest blue belts!!! These two have been putting a lot of mat time.
