Good Afternoon Kickboxing Fam! Due to the local and state government orders and CDC recommendations surrounding the COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending classes effective this afternoon, March 16, 2020. While you may be unable to attend classes, we are confident that our fit-fam community will make it through this difficult time. We hope that you use this time in the best way possible to sweat (at home), to eat right, to rest, to care for loved ones, and to take good care ...of yourself. We will do our very best to provide you with a combination of videos (for ways to stay in shape at home) along with diet, nutrition and some fun fitness ideas to keep you occupied. Please check the facebook group daily to stay in touch with all of us. We are unaware of how long this suspension may last and will make sure that any membership credits will be applied to your account once classes resume and everyone returns to class. In the meantime we will be taking this opportunity to deep clean and disinfect our studio. We look forward to having you all back on the mat soon. We will let you know when it is safe to attend as soon as the government and CDC deem it so. Please be safe and be healthy. Our very best to you and your family from us and ours
