After 26 years at IPI, Jean-Louis Bigourdan officially retired at the end of January. That same week he was awarded the honorary title of Research Scientist Emeritus at RIT, in recognition of his dedication to the field and IPI, his research contributions, and the generous manner in which he conducted his work. We congratulate Jean-Louis on both his retirement and well-deserved Emeritus honor!

The Image Permanence Institute (IPI) is looking for an accomplished scientist with preservation research and leadership experience to lead IPI’s research program.
