Imagination Preschool

Today we had our final graduation ceremony and it was the last day of Imagination Pre-School. Thanks to all of our friends who liked us on Facebook and followed our school activities over the years. Sad to say this will be our last Facebook posting. Best wishes for health and happiness to all our Imagination Pre-School families, staff and friends.

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads and Grandpas. We hope you have an enjoyable day with your families.

We finished our Moving-Up ceremonies for all the children in our toddler and 3 year old classes. Our guests were greeted outside with hundreds of bubbles from our bubble machine. The children were adorable singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" wearing their baseball caps. All of the kids received their diplomas after walking over our little wooden "crossing over" bridge.

As we do every year just before Memorial Day, our Four-Year-Old classes made a large American flag using their hand prints as the red stripes. The inscription on the bottom of the flag says "The children of Imagination Pre-School are proud to be Americans". We presented the flag to the Long Island State Veterans Home in Stony Brook. The flag is displayed at their reception desk throughout the summer. Have a safe and memorable holiday weekend with your families.

Yo-Ho, Yo-Ho, it was Pirate Day at Imagination Pre-School. We dressed up as pirates and searched for buried treasure in our playground. The clues were read by our pirate captain and showed us that the treasure was found under "X" marks the spot.
