Imperativecare Urgent care remains open! Yes we are open every day! Due to the virus we have decreased our daily hours to 10-6 during the week and 10-4 on weekends and holidays for physical in person visits. We remain available for telemedicine visits during our regularly scheduled business hours of 10-8 weekdays and 10-6 weekends and holidays. We would like to reassure our patients that we are taking every precaution to limit your exposure while in the building. We thoroughl...y clean all surfaces after each visit. We limit waiting room times and distances and no patient goes back out through the waiting room when the visit is complete. Imperativecare is committed to your safety in these difficult times and are taking every precaution to continue to give you excellent care. We understand how much anxiety patients can have about visiting a health care facility. We offer telemedicine services and can handle most things without an in person visit. If you need to come in for stitches or even an x-ray we can set up a time and limit your exposure to our office. You do not have to let the anxiety of Covid 19 delay or limit your medical care. That is why we... would like to announce Virtual Office at Imperativecare. You can now register by phone and once in our system we will send you a link to access our portal. Once logged into the Virtual Office portal through our website you can be evaluated by the provider either by instant messaging or by phone. . Should we decide you need to come in for further testing or a procedure you will spend minimal time in the waiting room and you will not be asked to go back through the waiting room when you are finished. This will minimize your exposure to any potential illness. The portal will also give you access to your medical records and allow you to review and pay your bill. This is our common sense approach to keeping our patients and your family healthy. We urge you to take advantage of this service.
