Have been drinking the Hefeweizen we brewed a month ago. Had to use a different yeast than normal and the flavor profile was definitely changed. Next time going to pre-order the Bavarian wheat yeast and do a good starter for it.

Finally getting around to Brewing again. Next weekend brewing our Coffee Stout adding Testarossa bean from Georgio's.

It has been a while since we updated. Brewing the Coffee Stout and just brewed the American Wheat.
