Hello Friends, Medicare finally updated 2021 cost & coverage. Medicare B premium is increasing to $148.50/mo standard premium (higher income beneficaries pay more). This is up from $144.60 this year. (You may have help is monthly cost IF your income/assets are under the limits to qualify for Medicare Savings Program. (Google search "medicare savings program NY" for the exact amounts)... If you have original medicare A and B as primary: please note Part A Hospital deductible increased to $1,484/event, Part B medical decutible increased to $203/yr. Day 21-100 rehab copay increased to $185.50/day. If you have Medicare Advantage this is not as applicable to you. If you aren't sure what coverage you have call me! :)

The Joe Namath medicare commercials are misleading and they are unhelpful! 1. That phone number doesn’t connect you with a local professional who is familiar with the provider networks and local landscape of plan offerings. 2. It takes a bait and switch approach to your healthcare by exaggerating the availability of extra benefits. 3. Who will help you when questions arise or your needs change? 4. It puts what they want (sales) ahead of what you really deserve (an honest..., local partner who will educate you about your options.)
