We know that there are many questions & concerns regarding the present closings and panic and we would like to take this time to assure you that we @ IN Collision intend to be open Monday-Friday 8-5 throughout the duration of this outbreak. Your vehicles do not operate in terms of viruses and "States of Emergency", which means they will continue to require regular maintenance and emergency repair. In these times, we stand ready and willing to help you. We are doing everything... in our power to limit your exposure including: 1.) maximizing social distancing: it is completely possible to drop your vehicle off and NEVER come in face to face contact with an employee. You may leave your # on the drop off envelope, speak to us via phone and pay over the phone with a CC. We will repair your vehicle, fully detail and disinfect it and lock it outside for your pick-up. 2.) Disinfecting your vehicle: each vehicle that is serviced is 100% disinfected outside and both the driver and passenger sides are cleaned thoroughly inside. If you do not want your vehicle serviced we are offering our disinfecting detail for just $35 throughout the season. 3.) Working single man lifts: we currently have one Journeyman technician, one electrical tech, one European specialist, one Dodge Chrysler jeep specialist, and one american-asian A tech. They each are operating a single lift and will not cross contaminate OR team up on any lift. This means your vehicle will only ever be touched by two people in the building, the technician fixing it and the Detailer that completely disinfects it.
