Infinite Love Wellness

Today was... well, it just was. I lost my cool. I reached a point where I wasn't interested in using my tools... the very tools I teach for a living. I allowed my emotions to dictate my actions. And now that the day is done & I sit here to reflect, I hurt. I hurt for so many reasons & on so many levels.... So, I'm stepping back tonight, from myself (and from all my self-judgement.) I'm allowing myself space to BE. What does that mean, exactly; to just BE? Well, for me, it means giving myself room to unravel a bit... cry if I need to, meditate, pull out my Prana mat & my journal, and practice external silence. Experiencing everything as it comes & as it is, without needing to question it, censor it, or stop it from coming. I'm gonna go drink some extra water, and welcome sleep soon. And when I wake up, I will try again. Be gentle with yourselves tonight, too.
