Did you know today marks the Official 10 Year Anniversary of In Nae? This was our 1st location on Opening Day. 750 square feet! There was no possible way to stay socially distance in this space I can’t wait for this summer so we can celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary in style!

What horrible timing! As we return this week to regular classes, we are met with a winter storm. With the Governor declaring a state of emergency and warning drivers to stay off the roads this evening and tonight, we will be closed for classes on Monday February 1, 2021. As a result of closing this evening, we will be open on Thursday February 4th for regular classes. Students that were scheduled to perform their Belt Assessments will do so in their respective classes on Thursday.

Dear In Nae Families, For those who have been with us for the last couple of years, know that we partner with the Scotia-Glenville Rotary in giving back each Holiday Season. We usually put up our Giving Tree, and have families take tags for gifts for struggling families in our community. This year again, we will be partnering with Scotia Rotary, but instead of a Giving Tree, we have set up a website specifically for In Nae Families. For the next two weeks, you can head to th...e website, sign up for an item or two, purchase it, and drop it at the Taekwondo School. We will be collecting the donations until Saturday December 19th. All items can be UNWRAPPED. Every year it's so amazing to see our In Nae Family come together to give back to our community. In a year so hard on so many families, let's come together and show how wonderful our In Nae Family is on giving back to the community. Below is the website of items for those local families in need. BLACK BELT TESTING DAY We are so proud of this group of testing candidates! Good Luck We know your path to testing day was particularly challenging. It required years of dedication, hundred of hours to hone your skills, tremendous amount of self-discipline and the perseverance to overcome the physical and mental obstacles that are part of this demanding journey. In addition, you had to maintain your motivation and training during the unexpected delay, adversity and limit...ations brought to you by COVID-19. Yet, through all this you let nothing stand in your way. Along with the support of your families and the guidance of the instructors and staff, you persevered and move forward towards your goal. Your testing day will be structured differently than those in the past, but your rank was EARNED, and may even be more deserved than those who came before you. It is a recognition of your effort, your proficiency and the self-confidence you gained from overcoming adversity. For those testing for the rank of 1st Dan and Higher, you have now acquired a position as a role model and as a leader. We are confident you will not take this role for granted.
