It was so great to see everyone at the long awaited test yesterday!! Inner Power students had such a strong performance and we now have 1 new brown belt, 2 new advanced purple belts and 2 new white belts!!!! Great job working super hard this year even with all the craziness! CONGRATS TO ALL WHO TESTED! You should be proud...we sure are!

Just a reminder that our regular Monday class is canceled on the 7th due to us holding the colored belt test that we’ve been waiting on since March! Congrats to all those testing and great job keeping up with your training! And a big thanks to the hosting school for letting us use your space! UTS!

Our Master, Paul Kelly, leads an early morning workout live on the regular TKD Zoom! It’s just a half hour from 6:30-7am and a great way to keep up with your TKD. Good news is even if you are not an early bird (which I can relate to), you can catch the replays on Facebook. Check it out! UTS!

Circumstances are definitely different than what we are used to but still coming to class and making sure you keep moving and practicing is what matters most! I wouldn’t mess with this turkey! Lol ...on a serious note we are so thankful for all of you! Just a few years ago I remember when it was just two instructors in the studio practicing our forms before our school really formed! Now we have students testing and getting medals and it’s the most rewarding thing ever! We are thankful to all of our students who regularly come to class to get better and more fierce, to the parents that take them to class and support us all, to an incredibly talented Master who believed in us and to all of our TKD family and friends who help us better ourselves and improve our art. Inner Power had such a great first summer camp last week! We worked out, learned some history, new tips and tricks, had breakout sessions, games and even made ninja stars! HUGE shout out to Grandmaster Pete Michaelson and Master Dave Schwartz for helping out and conducting parts of the sessions for us! We couldn’t have done it without you! Also thank you to Sah Buhm Hayley for assisting and to all of our attendees for showing up with a great attitude and willingness to put in work and keep up with your martial arts practice. Shanti Mandir staff were wonderful hosts and the location was perfect! Highly recommend! We are so thankful for all of you and we hope you had as great of a time as we did! UTS!
