Being more active can help you manage stress, fight weight gain, boost your heart health, and lower your risk for diabetes. The goal is to move more and sit lessevery little bit helps! If you choose to exercise outside, make sure to wear a mask, try to stay at least 6 feet away from people outside your household, and wash your hands after you come home.
