To all our friends, families and clients, in this trying time we're have taken numerous steps to assist and support all of you. Prior to the mandated closures we began implementing our work from home scenario. First with our support team who began providing full phone and remote services. When headlines were going we were busy purchasing equipment and seeing up our clients with remote access and testing before they had to. We completed several emergency upgrades to furthe...r expand the capacity of our systems as well as testing our own disaster recovery in the past 3 weeks. Our clients include Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Medical and Power Generation so we need to be 100% mobile and functional and we are ready. We have suspended onsite services unless emergency situations dictate but we are prepared as needed. We do have sufficient stock of essential equipment for repairs, etc. to handle normal issues. Our offices remain closed unless by appointment and all staff have and will continue to practice social distancing though we have reduced the office count to just 3 to 4. Deliveries are occurring non contactless and are all wiped down prior to receiving by our staff. We remain committed to provided the highest level of service to support secure connectivity for our clients. I believe everyone will accept the occasional bark or Mommy/Daddy can I have a snack in the background. We want to thank you all for your support and know we are prepared to work through this.
