We are proud to announce that ITC has officially passed our Department of Health inspection! We've ensured that the facility has proper signage, PPE available for everyone, and proper distancing. Although NYC regulations still prohibit group fitness classes, we are working to make ITC a place where you can still come and train. Details to be announced soon but we expect to be open in the coming weeks.

If haven't heard: while the gym is closed, head coach @pizzajitsu is running classes 5 days a week, 2 times a day, in the park. DM for more info

Hey team: One of ITC's own Muay Thai students Shannon Nixon has written a biography of stuntwoman Olivia Jackson. Olivia was an international model, professional Muay Thai fighter, motocross enthusiast, and leading stuntwoman in films like Mad Max, Guardian of the Galaxy, and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Today, she continues to travel the world, train martial arts, ride horses, and volunteer with disabled men, women, and children through a local equine therapy program.
