The Great Lakes Iaido Coalition (GLIC) is proud to announce ...our Winter 2020 Seminar Saturday, January 18th, with Susan Sekreta Sensei (Renshi 7D iaido) as our Instructor. We welcome and invite you and your Dojo to come and share in the Budo fellowship and Iaido training! The event registration site is up and accepting registrations: The Ittokai is pleased to announce a Great Lakes Iaido Coalition (GLIC) Iaido Winter Seminar on Jan 18, 2020. http://shinken.cc//2020-great-lakes-iaido-coalition-winter Here's a synopsis for the Saturday event: Date: Saturday, Jan 18th 2020 (Doors Open at 8:30a) Location: Pieters Family Life Center, Rochester, NY Cost : $55 USD Regular Fee $45 USD University/College Student Fee There is a Kodansha (Advanced) class taught by Sekreta Sensei on Friday January 17th from 4:30p-8:00p at the seminar venue for Yondan (4D) or higher Iaidoka. We of the Great Lakes Iaido Coalition (GLIC) enjoyed a very successful Summer Friendship Seminar this past weekend led by Parker Sensei, Kyoshi Nanadan; Sekreta... Sensei, Renshi Nanadan; Galligan Sensei, Renshi Rokudan; and James Sensei, Renshi Rokudan. Thank you to the instructors, and all of the participants who travelled to Rochester to make this a success. Please stay tuned for our upcoming Fall seminar that will also include Iaido Shinsa.
