Fluctuating between 117 & 120 lbs. Happy, healthy, and not giving a shit about the scale. Here’s the secret: eat GOOD food and be active. Set realistic goals. Do not deprive yourself. You want a cookie!? Eat a damn cookie. LIFT WEIGHTS!!!! Most of all, believe in yourself. You will be AMAZED at how much you are actually capable of. MIND OVER MATTER Fitness is WAY more than physical. You will become stronger mentally. The only regret you’ll have is not starting sooner. Drop the excuses. There is no magic pill, tea, or wrap. Females: Lifting weights will NOT making you bulky or manly. Pick up some damn weights. (Shock the big man next to you when you can lift heavier than them ) .J A K F I T N E S S.
