It isn’t every transaction that you get to transform a main intersection. We recently represented the transactions of three redevelopments along Southwestern Blvd in Hamburg, NY. Myself and Caliber Commercial Brokerage represented both the Buyers and Sellers of these deals. Located on the out-parcels of Lowe’s, are the new KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken and Jiffy Lube Live (under construction) stores.
