New Instructor Alert! Some of you had the pleasure of meeting her Friday morning... we are so excited to welcome the extremely talented and sweet Harley Norton! She will be with us Friday mornings 5:30am and for a future 8:00am class. Can’t wait to take a class!!

Another new instructor alert!! We are so excited to welcome the super talented Janelle Butkevich to the Jala Team! Come check her classes out... she will be here Wednesday mornings starting next week! Can’t wait to take a class!

Our Nao bars arrived!!! These are so delicious! They’re organic, vegan, gluten free, non GMO...need I say more... come try all the different flavors! Oh and it will keep you full for 3 hours!!!
