Given the public health risks associated with the new coronavirus, and in accordance with guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health, Chautauqua County Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,... we are restricting patient visits to all of our offices to help curb the spread of COVID-19. Effective immediately, all patients can call our office at 716-526-4041 to request virtual video visits with our doctors (through Psychwebportal) to minimize the risk of exposure and the risk to other patients and staff. As the new coronavirus progresses in the U.S., experts from across all areas of our health system meet daily to understand the current situation locally and adjust our response as needed. *Important Health Information For Those Who Have Recently Traveled Internationally* If you recently traveled to areas of concern and feel sick with fever, cough or trouble breathing, or have been in contact with anyone who has you should: -Seek medical care right away if you have any symptoms. Call ahead and tell them about your travel and symptoms.... -Avoid contact with others. Stay home, except for seeking medical care. -Avoid further travel until the illness resolves. -Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing. -Wash hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
