Crisis Communications: The pandemic we are all now grappling with is wreaking havoc on businesses and nonprofits alike, including presenting pressing communications challenges across every sector. I recently had the pleasure of addressing 250+ students assembled at Abraham Joshua Heschel School. These inspiring high schoolers students volunteered throughout the NYC metro area in honor of 9/11 Day. Many thanks to the Heschel School for hosting me and facilitating this event, and to the students for their commitment to serving their communities. #911day

This past September 11, after having the honor of ringing the NYSE Closing Bell with other guests, I was interviewed live on the exchange floor by Cheddar about how millions of Americans throughout the nation honored the #911day of service and remembrance by volunteering in their communities.
