Today is the last session of this program. These kids have been amazing. There determination is very clear in the pictures. Some will go off to playing baseball. Others will continue with the program. But, all have improved their strength and conditioning. A new 3 month program will begin Monday March 22nd. There are only 2 teaming spots available. 3 months = $425... 24 sessions ($17.70 per session) Monday & Wednesday 7pm The work is real ! We don’t shuffle around cones ! We pick things up and move them! We train the old fashion way! Strength + Conditioning is the simplest and most effective way to enhance movement quality. MSG for details.
