He runs [his family’s bar and grill] with help from hard working emplo...yees, who all have been affected negatively by the pandemic and the mandates due to COVID-19. Times have been hard, and things have been stressful, and I was beginning to feel like we both needed a spontaneous adventure together! I was very intentional when picking the activity and keeping it a secret! Although he grew up in the mountains, he had not been on XC skis since the sixth grade!
