What a wonderful start to our new Babies & Blessings class! Yesterday, Rabbi Deena and Student Rabbi Jacob led the adorable grown up and me program outside for new families. We're delighted to safely run this small, in-person class and looking forward to more sessions to come!

Celebrating Yom Ha'atzmaut (Israeli Independence Day) in the Hebrew School Project!

Today, we celebrate Yom Ha'atzmaut Israeli Independence Day! This festive holiday marks the establishment of the State of Israel. Though officially founded as a nation in 1948, Israel has served as a center of religion, spirituality, and culture for over 2,000 years. If we were celebrating in Israel today, we would be singing traditional Israeli songs, dancing to Israeli music, and grilling up some delicious Israeli food (think falafel and shawarma)!
