Recommendation! I came across this Be Calm, Be Happy craft kit by a Sesame Street at @barnesandnoble. This gives you everything you need to create two mind jars with your little one/s. Mind Jars are an excellent tool to teach children how to handle strong emotions like anger, frustration or nervousness. The process of making them is so much fun, and there’s even a storybook to go along with it. I give it !
