FANTASTIC NEWS! I am at a new location in Colonie NY! I will be teaching at a beautiful new space which will be a wonderful space of healing. A shout out to Judith Hawkins for this wonderful opportunity!... The address is: 308A ( Old ) Wolf Rd., Colonie Gentle Kripalu Yoga: Tuesday’s - 5:45pm - 7:14pm 8 Week Session starts February 25 and ends on April 22 (No class on March 17th) Cost: $100 for the full 8 week session OR $80 for 6 classes WITHIN the session OR $20 to drop in Payment due on the 1st week of class. * please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket This is a beautiful, warm, open, and sunlit space that I am honored to teach in!
