Sold! So much to say about this sale. First off, @thisandthatdelhi really knows how to transform a space for Airbnb and the slow flip. When I sold this house to him in 2017 it was a great house with grandma’s dropped decor and dropped ceilings. Anyway, I’m happy that Matt is now a full-timer and is ready to move on to another exciting project.
