John Forrest Memorial Scholarship

This is John and his college golf coach Tim Carney. I believe this is in Arizona when John was named to the NAIA All American Team but the trees don't look like my perception of Arizona. Before his passing, John spoke often of trying to provide financial resources to youth in order to give them more opportunities. He loved that the Men's Am provided entries to the top 10 Penn-York golfers. Thank you to everyone who has supported his scholarship fund helping to achieve his dream.

Here is a picture of John in his early years at the Men's Am. He loved playing in that tourney and then loved sending his Penn-York golfers to compete in it as well. His brother Bill is in the background.
